Returns and Payments

We can process your rental instrument exchanges and returns here at Garrett Music Academy. 

Rental Instrument Exchanges:

For rental exchanges, please return the instrument in its case, including all accessories, and we will provide the replacement instrument as well as the necessary paperwork. 

Rental Instrument Returns:

For rental returns, we will need the instrument, accessories and case.  All paperwork will be completed immediately onsite for your convenience.

Rental Payments:

For customers interested in making credit card payments, you are encouraged to contact Customer Service at (888) 731-5396 and provide your customer number.  Should you need to make a cash or check payment, we can assist you on site.
