Brass and Wind EnsembleBand Ensemble- Students will benefit from group play that uses scales and rhythm exercises to bring cohesion to the group and teach musicianship. Repertoire will be selected by the instructor based on the variety of instruments in the ensemble. Daily practice will be encouraged and required. The 12-week course will culminate into live performances in our new performance space as well as across the County. Open Enrollment in September! In the Fall 2010 semester, the policy that all students in this ensemble must be taking private lessons will be enforced. The progress of the group will be held back if any individual students are not taking the time to develop and practice material.
Required books Essential Elements 2000 and Rubank Beginning Method Book available on day one.
